I’m Yvette Thompson, and my path to creating this business began with a battle for my own well-being. After recovering from a serious illness, I realized how inactivity and the stress of an unbalanced life had taken a toll on me. I was giving everything to a job that, in the end, didn’t value me or my efforts as my health failed. That experience sparked a deep desire to help others avoid the path I went down.

In 2023, I took a leap into the world of affiliate marketing, hoping to build a business that gave me freedom. But, like many, I faced challenges that tested my resilience. The failure of my first venture wasn’t because I didn’t have the right offer or strategy—it was because I hadn’t yet learned how to consistently grow and drive success in the online world. But instead of giving up, I dug in, learned, and grew stronger.

Through that journey, I found my true passion: helping others find balance and reclaim their own lives. I believe inactivity is an epidemic in our society, one that leads to stress, illness, and a life out of balance. But I also believe we can change that—one choice at a time.
